1. Agreement to Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE AIRA PLATFORM.

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, "you" or "your") and Spry Insights ("Spry," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of:

• The AIRA platform (accessible at spryaira.com and related subdomains)
• The analytics dashboard (accessible at analytics.vercel.app)
• All related software, applications, APIs, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services")

By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

AIRA is an AI-powered market research platform that enables you to conduct end-to-end research studies through seven specialized Agents:

• Design Agent: Creates questionnaires and study frameworks
• Programming Agent: Programs surveys with logic and quotas
• Fieldwork Agent: Manages sample routing and data collection
• QC Agent: Performs quality control and fraud detection
• Analytics Agent: Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data
• Video Analytics Agent: Transcribes and analyzes video responses
• Reporting & Dashboard Agent: Generates reports and visualizations

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Trial Plan: 5 free credits, 14-day trial, no payment required
• Starter Plan: $500/month or $450/month (annual), 15 credits/month
• Professional Plan: $900/month or $800/month (annual), 25 credits/month
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing, custom credits, dedicated support

Credits are consumed based on Agent usage. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Collecting or storing personal data without proper consent
• Using automated tools to access the Platform
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services
• Conducting studies involving illegal products or services

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, Services, and all related technology are owned by Spry Insights and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Client Data and research outputs. We may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve AI models and Services.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services and your data may be deleted after a grace period.
